Welcome to Callaway Ranch in Eagle, Idaho!

 We are a small 31 family community on the western edge of Eagle, just south of Beacon Light Road and between Park Lane and Linder Road, only 16 miles from downtown Boise. Callaway Ranch lots are approx. 2 acres in size, include pressurized irrigation and a state-of-the-art community sewer system.
